Background

Studio INHAUZ set out to fill a market gap- offering strategy-driven, approachable and accessible design services for entrepreneurs and local businesses.

Their mission was to combine the insight of top-tier agencies with the accessibility of independent creatives, delivering design that creates real business impact.

Objective

As a Lead Strategist, I orchestrated actionable plans derived from the service blueprint. The primary objective was to create a distinctive identity and a reproducible service model that make strategic design accessible, transparent and scalable. To guide decisions we defined measurable targets that served both strategy and operations:


  • Reduce inquiry → kickoff time by 40%.

  • Cap formal revision rounds to three or fewer.

  • Improve proposal → signed conversion by 15%.

Inhauz’s identity takes cues from Bauhaus and modern design, combining bold geometry with a vibrant color palette to strike a balance between professionalism and creativity. The system is designed to feel universal yet approachable- making design both aspirational and accessible for India’s diverse entrepreneurs.

This clarity carries into communication. A friendly, strategic voice, paired with simple taglines and practical sales assets, helps demystify design while addressing real client concerns around cost, ROI and timelines.

To translate the brand promise into a consistent and scalable offering, we designed an operational client journey alongside the backstage processes that support it.


Discover → Discovery Workshop → Proposal → Onboarding → Research & Strategy → Design & Iteration → Handoff → Post-launch Support.

For each stage, service blueprints were created to align client-facing moments with internal systems, KPIs and potential failure points- along with clear mitigations. Practical outputs included a kickoff pack with defined roles and approval gates, mandatory intake templates to prevent scope drift, an escalation path for scope or timeline issues.
